great toy, not great instrument

I ordered this for my 2-1/2 year old because he is a guitar fanatic and I needed something small enough for him to be able to hold. It is great for pretending, but the music capability is not that great. It is also frustrating to put the strings on when you get it because the instructions are vague. I am happy with the product considering what I paid for it. In the future if he's still interested I would invest in a more expensive, high quality product, but this'll do for now.
