We gave this to our daughter for her 7th birthday. It definitely requires an adult to assemble the castle, but she really loves putting on the stickers. It is quite sturdy, allowing for her to play with polly pocket sized dolls. $25 is a bit pricey, but is is a hit.

My seven-year-old daughter, Millie, has just finished 'building' her Sticky Mosaics Princess Palace and I felt I should share what a brilliant experience it has been.
When you unpack the box there are lots and lots of sticky foam and jewel like pieces, so I insisted she organised the project rather than just dive in. Although she was a bit frustrated this approach paid dividends in the long run.
It took Millie (with a little help from me) a couple days to put together and decorate the complete Palace, and we had really great fun doing it, with plenty of learning opportunities along the way.
One of the best things about this toy is that even though we have now built it we are still getting plenty of play from it - in fact its the centrepiece of the carpet village at the moment!
So, I definitely recommend this toy - very good value for the play time it has already given us, and I think there's much more still to come.
