Free Ground Shipping

We offer free ground shipping on all orders of $74 or more. Our free shipping offer is open to shipping addresses within the continental United States only; Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO, and international shipping addresses are not eligible for free shipping. Free ground shipping may be shipped by either UPS or USPS at our discretion. (If you prefer or require a particular carrier, please do not select free shipping!)

Orders that qualify for free shipping will be presented with a "Free Shipping" method during checkout. You must select this shipping method in order to take advantage of this offer.

USPS and UPS Shipping

We provide shipping rates and delivery for UPS and USPS (the US Postal Service) when shipping within the United States. Please note that UPS cannot ship to a PO Box. You will be presented with all of the available shipping options during checkout, based on the shipping address and the items in your order. International orders always ship via the US Postal Service.

The shipping cost depends on the weight of the products ordered and the location to which you are shipping. For the lowest rates, consider shipping to a business address instead of a residence.

In rare instances, the quoted shipping rate may differ from the actual shipping rate. If this happens, we will contact you prior to shipping your order to make sure you still want your shipment with the correct shipping costs.

Fulfillment Time

We typically process all orders within 1 business day. Exceptions may occur for large orders, out-of-stock items, and drop-shipped items. We will notify you in the event that your order cannot be filled within a reasonable timeframe.

Your order may also be delayed if your credit card information cannot be verified. To prevent this, please make sure your name and billing address exactly matches the address on file with your credit card company. We take the highest measures possible to help prevent fraud, which helps us keep our costs down, and pass on those savings to our customers.

Transit Time

WonderBrains is located in central Indiana, USA. Shipping times for ground shipments vary depending on the package destination. Ground shipments are estimated times only. If you required guaranteed delivery, please select UPS 3-Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air, or UPS overnight shipping, AND indicate during checkout the date which you require the order. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Please NOTE: UPS Saturday Delivery is not an option at WonderBrains, and weekend days do not count as travel times. Therefore, if an order is received after our cut-off time of noon on Thursday, the order will be processed on the following day (Friday) assuming the items are in stock. As such, the order will not be received until the following Monday, even though UPS Next Day service is selected.

International and APO/FPO orders take longer to deliver. The delivery date is at the mercy of the various countries' postal services. Please allow adequate shipping time for international and APO/FPO orders, as these delivery dates are not guaranteed by WonderBrains.

International and APO/FPO Orders

We ship to international countries, and to APO and FPO military addresses. Our free shipping offer does not apply to international and APO/FPO orders.

Package Delivery and Dropoff

Because the carriers (UPS, FedEx, etc) and their drivers are responsible for the packages, they may at their discretion decide not to leave a package in an area they feel is not secure, such as (but not limited to) outside an apartment. If this happens, the driver will come back at the earliest opportunity, usually the next day, and attempt delivery again. In these situations, the package will not be delivered without signature even if the package has been shipped via expedited shipping.

If you request expedited shipping, please make sure someone is available to physically receive the package. WonderBrains is not responsible for delayed shipments due to the carriers' decision not to leave a package in an area that they consider not to be secure.

Claims for Damages Due to Shipping

If you need to file a claim for damages that appeared to have occurred during shipping, please do so within 15 days of the delivery date of your parcel. We require this because that is the minimal timeframe allowed by our carriers. If a claim is made after the fifteen day period, WonderBrains will refuse the claim if the carrier also refuses the claim. (If they do allow it, however, we'll happily pass along the refund to you!)
