UPS Ground and Free Shipping Charges

WonderBrains is pleased to offer shipping via UPS. In our experience, UPS provides the safest and most reliable transport of our toys; even ground shipment dates are covered by their money-back guarantee. UPS Ground shipping rates are calculated during checkout. The price depends on the weight of the products order, and your location. For the lowest rates, consider shipping to a business instead of a residence.

Additionally, orders totalling $100 or more qualify for FREE ground shipping, which will be presented during checkout for qualifying orders.

We also offer various UPS expedited shipping methods, which are calculated during checkout based on the weight of the toys you are ordering, and your ship-to destination.

Fulfillment Time

WonderBrains typically processes all orders within 1 business day. Exceptions may occur for large orders or out-of-stock items. We will notify you in the event that your order cannot be filled within a reasonable timeframe.

Your order may also be delayed if your credit card information cannot be verified. To prevent this, please make sure your name and billing address exactly matches the address on file with your credit card company. We take the highest measures possible to help prevent fraud, which helps us keep our costs down, and pass on those savings to our customers. For PayPal customers, please make sure that you use an address that has been confirmed through PayPal. More information on this process can be obtained when you sign in to your PayPal account.

Transit Time

WonderBrains is located in sunny central Florida, USA. Shipping times for ground shipments vary depending on the package destination. Ground shipments are estimated times only. If you required guaranteed delivery, please select UPS 3-Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air, or USP overnight shipping, AND indicate during checkout the date which you require the order. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Please NOTE: UPS Saturday Delivery is not an option at WonderBrains, and weekend days do not count as travel times. Therefore, if an order is received after our cut-off time of noon on Thursday, the order will be processed on the following day (Friday) assuming the items are in stock. As such, the order will not be received until the following Monday, even though UPS Next Day service is selected.

Other Information

WonderBrains cannot ship to post office boxes. If you mistakenly enter a PO Box shipping address, we will attempt to contact you for an alternate delivery address. If we cannot reach you, your order will be cancelled.

We ship only to the United States. We apologize, but we cannot ship to other locations.
