Payment Options
Credit Cards
We accept the following major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (as they appear on your credit card statement). This information is verified as an extra security measure. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order or failure to complete your order request. Upon authorization of your order, your credit card will be charged for the total order amount.
Paypal
Customers wishing to pay by Paypal may select Paypal as their payment method during checkout. At the last step you will be directed to the Paypal website to make the payment. Once you have completed the Send Money process at Paypal, click the Continue button to return to the WonderBrains website. You will see the invoice page with the order number, and receive a confirmation email, when your order is complete. If you do not complete these steps, we may not receive your order.
We suggest always using a confirmed address at Paypal, even if it is not the desired shipping address. Your order may be delayed if we need to call to process an unconfirmed address.
Purchase Orders
Schools and other formal education institutions may make payment by using a purchase order. Simply complete your order online and select Purchase Order as the payment method. On the next screen enter your purchase order number in the appropriate box. You will be given our fax number and address during checkout; please send your purchase order within 7 business days via either method. This information is included below:

First-time purchase orders require approval from your institution. Please make sure to include the appropriate contact person for approval. This additional step is not required for subsequent orders if we are given a blanket approval for all purchase orders. Purchase order terms are standard Net 30.
Purchase orders are only available to schools, daycare facilities, libraries, museums, and other related institutions.
Checks / Money Orders
To help keep our costs down, we no longer accept checks or money orders. Thank you for your understanding regarding this change.
Coupons / Gift Certificates
Coupons and gift certificates can be redeemed during the checkout process. Enter the coupon or certificate code and click the Redeem button. Coupons and gift certificates will not be applied manually, so make sure they appear in your cart prior to checkout.
