How can I get a catalog of WonderBrains toys?

At this time, we do not offer a printed catalog. However, we hope to start one in 2008. if you would like to receive a catalog in the future, please email customerservice@wonderbrains.com.

Do you ship internationally?

To some extent. We have opened up shipping to a limited number of countries outside of the United States as test cases to determine whether we want to begin allowing more widespread international shipping.

Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?

Yes! As of December 2008, we have added US Postal Service to our list of carriers. APO and FPO shipments can be made by the US Postal Service. During checkout, please select AA, AE, or AP from the dropdown list of states, as applicable.

How can I get replacement parts?

We do not have the ability to carry replacement parts. You can often obtain them directly from the manufacturer, though. For your convenience, we have provided a list of our vendors and their contact information.

Where are my ants?

Our ant farms and other live animal habitats do not ship with live animals. (The only exception at this time is Aquasaurs, which come with the kit.) If you ordered ants using the order form included in your box, you will need to contact the vendors for order status, because we do not have access to that information.

Can WonderBrains donate a toy for my fundraiser?

We get hundreds of requests each year for toy and monetary donations for various charitable events and organizations. Due to the number of requests, our policy is that donations and charitable giving is limited to organizations within our local area, namely, Brevard County, Florida. Each year we donate a number of toys to different schools and facilities, as well as club and event sponsorships. If your organization is local to Brevard County, please contact us. Otherwise, we regret that we must decline invitations to participate.

How can I return a gift?

When you return the items, on your Return Authorization Form, check the box indicating that you would like to receive store credit. We'll provide you with a gift certificate for the purchase price of the items, less shipping and gift wrapping. You can use your gift certificate on any future orders. We will not contact the purchaser to let them know your gift was returned!
