We endeavor to accurately display, on our website, the stock status of any given item. On the product's page, you will see a message saying that the toy is in stock, or that it is backordered. Although we do not accept orders for out-of-stock items, there is a link on every backordered product that will allow you to sign up to be notified via email when the toy comes back into stock. Signing up for the waiting list does not obligate you to make a purchase.
Occasionally our website will indicate that an item is in stock, when it actually is backordered. If you select an item that is out of stock, you will receive a call and/or email letting you know about the change in status. Whenever possible, we will also let you know when we expect the toy to be back in stock. At this time, you may choose to either accept the delay or cancel your order.
We will allow you to split a shipment so that you can receive non-backordered items immediately, while waiting on the backordered toys to arrive in stock. However, standard shipping charges will apply to each individual shipment. We will indicate any options for splitting a shipment when we notify you of a backordered item.
