Test your knowledge of state landmarks, state locations, and state capitals.

What's the capital of New Jersey? Where is the Football Hall of Fame? What state touches two of the Great Lakes and the Atlantic Ocean? Name the state that produces the most apples.

These are just a few of the hundreds of questions players are asked as they adventure around the USA discovering state attractions and landmarks, capitals, state abbreviations, state locations, and more.

In order to answer the questions on the cards, players must look closely at the colorful USA map game board. While searching for answers, they become familiar with the geography of the country.

Players must hurry to find answers as the mechanical timer ticks, ticks, ticks away. The player who earns the most cards, by answering the most questions correctly and quickly, before the timer goes off, is the winner!

Contents: game board, 100 Fact cards, 100 Figure cards, 100 Find cards, 100 Fun cards, spinner, mechanical timer, game rules

5 out of 55 out of 55 out of 55 out of 55 out of 5 Great for all ages

My son started playing this when he was 3. At 4, he can name all the states, abbreviations, capitals and most of the state birds. He can tell you where the major points of interest are without looking at the map. It helps to teach the concept of distance, such as "which state is closest to Maine". It also teaches the concept of compass direction, such as "which state is north of Texas". The game can be played with or without a board for portability. All in all a great educational game for children as well as adults.
