First, I love most of Melissa and Doug's toys. We already have the fold and go castle (and farm and treehouse) but I wanted something bigger. I run a small in-home daycare with toddlers and preschoolers and we are 'battery-free'... This beauty is well constructed and has a couple move-able parts that the kids just love (the dungeon!) and while I could live without all the pink gender washing, I'd still buy it over and over again. It stores perfectly on top of my kids' toy shelf and opens up to many doors, windows, entryways and loads of space inside. It didn't come with any "people" or furniture but the fold and go did. However, my children use those "special moments" Disney princesses as well as some Plan Toys wooden figures in here. The treehouse came with loads of furniture as did the fold and go castle so they use that. But if you are only buying this, you're going to need some sort of people and furniture for it. :) It's awesome! And we got it at a steal for $47. Not sure I'd pay the MSRP of double that, though. I mean it's great, but not quite THAT great. :)
