Perfect for doodlers or artists

My nearly 4-yo daughter plays with this almost every day. I love that she can choose dry-erase markers or chalk to draw with. It's a fun mess when we paint, but the clips keep the paper secure. The only drawback is one area of the chalkboard doesn't accept the chalk very well. Other than that it is perfect.

My daughter really enjoys painting, so we set her up with the easel, smock, paint sets and she absolutely loves them! Although, I'm running out of wall space for her artwork :)
